- All orders are shipped no later than the following business day after they are received.
- As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing detailed shipping information, including a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your delivery and know when to expect it.
- Delivery times provided are approximate and may vary based on the accessibility of the destination, the day of the week, unforeseen events, emergencies, and weather conditions. We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but please note that external factors beyond our control may impact the actual delivery schedule.
- To ensure a secure and efficient delivery process, all orders are shipped from our base in Athens, Greece. We partner with DHL for worldwide shipping to destinations outside Greece. For orders within Greece, we use ELTA Courier.
- We regret to inform you that, at present, we are unable to facilitate deliveries to Russia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
- Cash on Delivery is available only for orders shipped within Greece and has a cost of 3€.
Customs and Duties:
- It's important to be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (EU) may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase. These fees are not charged or calculated by Philab.
- Please note that customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, and other governmental fees associated with their order.
- Customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Philab has no involvement in foreign customs policies and cannot predict possible customs fees for orders sent outside the EU.
