    Product Return or Exchange

    Should you ever find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please know that you have the option to return or exchange any product. All you need to do is send us a notification at within 14 days from the day you receive your order. If your reason for return is due to receiving the wrong or damaged product, kindly attach a photo to your email.

    Conditions for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The goods are unused and undamaged.
    • The goods are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
    • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

    Return Process

    Shipping costs of returned products

    If you have received incorrect or damaged products requiring an exchange, both the return shipping costs and the new shipment to you are our responsibility. In all other cases, return shipping costs are to be covered by you.

    When returning products, we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments, and refunds cannot be issued without proof of return.

    Refund Process

    Eligible returns will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product, using the same payment method employed during your initial purchase. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
